We paid $999.00 for this queen sized mattress in April of 2007. It was rotated regularly as outlined in the care instructions.

By April of 2010, we felt like the mattress was sagging in the middle and we were falling into a hole. We are not unusually large people - 5ft, 11in tall weighing 175lbs and 5ft, 2in weighing 130lbs.

Until this problem was noticed, the mattress seemed quite comfortable. We are now shopping for a new mattress, and will probably not purchase this brand again.
