It sagged on both sides after two to three weeks of use. It took about 4 months of letters, phone calls, reports and emails to finally get the mattress to be replaced.

The warranty is worth nothing if they say the product is not faulty, even if you are not happy and report issues. Would not recommend.

It seems that in the last few years King Koil has had some major issues with quality control. This isn't the first brand new mattress that has been reported defective recently.

Unfortunately, your trouble with getting the mattress replaced is all too common in this industry. We hope you have better luck with the new one and don't get another lemon.
