King Koil Mattress

My mattress is not even 1yrs old. I sent a picture to the store but because it went under new management, they can't get credit for exchanging my mattress.

At least the company is happy they made about 1,200 dollars from me. I purchased it from Mattress Expo at 182 Goodman Road. Would I recommend this mattress? Nooo sir. It was purchased 7-14-11.

We're sorry to hear about your bad experience Lillie! If your problem is a manufacturing defect we would recommend contacting King Koil and trying to get it fixed.

If it's simply become uncomfortable then we're afraid you're out of luck. Even if the store was under the same management, most retailers offer a 90 day comfort guarantee (at most) during which you can exchange the mattress, and that period has long passed.
