Worst mattress I ever owned! Had the mattress one year and 1 month. I am average height and weight. the bed has a depression of over 2 inches on each side and have rotated the heavy bed faithfully.

Sleep Train is replacing the bed after having it inspected and the indentations verified. I am fortunate and am pleased with Sleep Train's service.

Every comment on the internet that you find is exactly the problem I had and really says it all. The product is truly very poorly handcrafted.

It is like sleeping on a cloud for about one month and that is it! Over! I have severe lower back pain and will be getting my new BeautyRest Black this week. Am really looking forward to not waking up with my back hurting so much.
